The Glenfiddich Sour

This cocktail is a perfect blend of the whisky's rich flavors with a refreshing citrus twist!

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Glenfiddich 12 Year

• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• 1/2 oz egg white (optional, for a frothy texture)

• Ice

• Lemon wheel or twist, for garnish

• A few drops of Angostura bitters (optional, for garnish)

Let’s make it!

1. Shake: Add the Glenfiddich 12 Year, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.

2. Ice and Shake Again: Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.

3. Strain: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
