Cocktail Corner

The Jameson Whiskey Smash is a lively fusion of smooth Jameson Irish whiskey, tangy lemon juice, and invigorating mint. Served over crushed ice, it's a refreshing and vibrant cocktail, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Jameson Irish whiskey

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 4-6 fresh mint leaves

• Crushed ice

• Mint sprig, for garnish

• Lemon wheel, for garnish

Let’s Make it!

1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the simple syrup and lemon juice. This helps release the mint's aromatic oils and flavors.

2. Add the Jameson Irish whiskey to the shaker.

3. Fill the shaker halfway with crushed ice.

4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill the ingredients and properly mix them.

5. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

6. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel for an extra touch of freshness.
